There's a Variety of Tennis Lessons & Training
Private Lessons
One to one lessons. You will have a customised training plan, to improve technique and perfomance. I will help to develop co-ordination and set drills that will enhance your game and fitness. These sessions are normally an hour long and must be booked with me personally.
Groups
Squads run at both clubs every day for adults of all ages and abilities - tennis can be enjoyed by everyone. Please enquire by phone or email to find out which sessions will be most suitable for you to attend, as there are lessons for beginners, improvers, team players, etc as well as our popular cardio tennis sessions. You can also privately share coaching with friends.
